Elderflower Syrup

There’s some different way to make. Till last year I was doing like this;

15 – 20 of flowers and sliced 4 lemons in the 1,5 L of water,  leave it in the sun for 3 days.

Press the flower and lemon to make juice, add 1,5 kg of sugar.

Boil it just a second and bottle it.

But this year I’m trying the other way which is;

Make a syrup with 1,5 L of water and 1,5 kg of sugar.

Put in the 15 – 20 of flowers and sliced 4 lemons in the jar.

Leave it in the sun for 3 days…. Let’s see how it turns out!
